Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Regal33 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential permanent ban.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Regal33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact Regal33 customer support immediately. Regal33 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Regal33 will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of the registration process and at the time of any withdrawal request. Accepted identity documents include, but are not limited to: Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), valid passport, or driver's licence, accompanied by proof of current residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months).
By using the Regal33 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge and accept that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. The outcomes of all games of chance on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino and sports betting, by independently verified real-world events and outcomes.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Regal33 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB) are also accepted, with amounts converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Regal33 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any loss resulting from system outages, maintenance periods, or force majeure events. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to Players in advance where reasonably practicable.
Deposits: All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the Platform at the time of transaction. Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. Deposits via FPX bank transfer or online banking portals (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect) may take between five (5) and fifteen (15) minutes to reflect in your Account balance. Regal33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Regal33 targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for standard withdrawal requests submitted via DuitNow and major e-wallets. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution. Regal33 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
Withdrawal Conditions: Players must wager their initial deposit amount at least once (1x) before a withdrawal request will be accepted. All active Bonus Funds must have their applicable Wagering Requirements satisfied prior to withdrawal of any associated winnings. Regal33 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that do not meet the applicable conditions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your authorised use of the Platform. No other rights are granted. You must not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without Regal33's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Regal33, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds wagered; loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of goodwill or reputation; or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss.
Regal33's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Regal33 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
Termination by Player: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Regal33 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Prior to closure, you must withdraw all available real-money funds from your Account balance. Any unclaimed Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Termination by Regal33: Regal33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false information; engagement in prohibited activities; failure to pass KYC verification; reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; or at Regal33's sole discretion where it reasonably determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other Players, or regulatory compliance.
In the event of termination for cause, Regal33 may withhold or forfeit Account balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where termination results from verified fraud, forfeiture of the full Account balance may apply.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Regal33 is licensed and incorporated.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and Regal33, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority. Players who are Malaysian residents retain any statutory consumer rights available to them under Malaysian law that cannot be contractually waived.
Regal33 reserves the right to amend, update, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Regal33 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
Regal33 also reserves the right to modify the Platform itself — including the addition or removal of games, betting markets, payment methods, promotional structures, or loyalty programme features — without prior notice or liability to Players.
